Briton brand on show

by Mark Rowe

Allegion (formerly Ingersoll Rand Security Technologies) is showcasing the latest additions to its Briton range of architectural hardware products at The National Merchant Buying Society Ltd’s trade exhibition on Wednesday, April 9 at Coventry’s Ricoh Arena.

A recently-introduced range of door closers from Allegion’s Briton brand, designed to offer cam-action, will be on show. The Briton 2300 Series Surface Mounted Closers and 2400 Series Concealed Closers, pictured, are for the healthcare, education and commercial sectors.

Visitors to the stand will also be able to find out more about the Briton range of manually programmable digital locks, such as the Briton 9360 Electronic Digital Code Lock, which has been designed for applications in multi-occupancy buildings. There will also be an opportunity to take a closer look at a range of CE marked panic and emergency exit hardware, including the Briton 9260 Outside Access Device (OAD).

Paul Cundy, Unitary Sales Leader UK & Ireland at Allegion said: “For more than a century, Allegion has developed products that help keep people safe where they live, work and visit; and it is vital that we take every opportunity to keep builder’s merchants informed and up-to-date with the very latest technological developments and additions to the Briton product range. We are looking forward to being on stand at the NMBS Trade Exhibition with our comprehensive architectural hardware solutions – and to showcasing an extensive range of door closers, locks, cylinders and exit hardware, which will be very familiar to builders’ merchants and their customers.”

The NMBS Trade Exhibition will be at The Ricoh Arena in Coventry on Wednesday, April 9. Visitors can enjoy product demonstrations and special show only discounts.
