Exacq agreements

Norbain has signed a new distribution agreement with Exacq Technologies, the US manufacturer of video management system (VMS) software and servers used for CCTV.

The distributor’s customers can use the exacqVision server and VMS software including hybrid and IP camera servers and cross-platform VMS software operating on Windows, Linux and Mac. ental in the expansion of the exacqVision solution in the European marketplace. Exacq Technologies meanwhile has integrated the Retail 20/20 exception reporting solution from Agilence with exacqVision VMS. The exacqVision VMS software integrated into the Retail 20/20 user interface allows users to identify potential losses without having to move between applications. Retail 20/20 pulls data from the POS (point of sale) transaction logs and synchronises it with the exacqVision VMS software, linking an individual item with its associated video image.
