DVTEL at IFSEC

DVTEL UK at IFSEC stand 4-E20 will provide UK and European customers with their first look at its new Latitude 6.3 Network Video Management Software (NVMS) platform which now includes Google Earth, mapping features and an ability to integrate with the ShotSpotter gunfire alert and analysis. The company will also showcase its analytic technologies, as well as its Quasar series of fixed and PTZ digital cameras and domes, TruWitness mobile application and Meridian network video recorder – the latter suited to small and medium users. David Petrook, UK MD, says that DVTEL is developing a suite of technologies with significantly enhanced functionality and feature sets: “Our systems are designed to help users streamline video capture and increase situational awareness.”

“DVTEL’s IP solutions continue to be the most cost effective and reliable security devices available in the market today, and IFSEC presents a terrific opportunity to showcase our technology differentiators to new and current partners and customers.”

Throughout IFSEC, the DVTEL team will host educational sessions on its stand (Hall 4, Stand E20) covering industry topics, with a particular focus on the power of video analytics. Topics include: Video analytics design considerations; methods of reducing total cost of ownership; special considerations for securing the healthcare market; and the benefits of video analytics over legacy perimeter detection.

These sessions will include a preview of its Latitude 6.3 software, and an in-depth look at ioimage’s video analytic technologies.
