Wireless networking

SilverNet’s Point to Point, Point to Multipoint and Backhaul systems have been integrated with Meyertech’s video management software (VMS).

The firms say that Meyertech is one of just a few companies globally who can provide ‘mixed technology’ hybrid solutions that incorporate analogue and digital IP cameras.

Meyertech and SilverNet report that they have forged a technology partnership which will see the two companies working alongside each other at seminars and road shows, as well as carrying out other marketing activities to promote IP based integrated video surveillance. Keith Newton, pictured, Business Development Manager for SilverNet, said: “Meyertech are an ideal technology partner for SilverNet and we are looking forward to the opportunity of jointly promoting an integrated solution that can add real value to video surveillance projects. Meyertech’s ‘turnkey’ video management solutions, which include concept design, hardware and software development, professional project management and commissioning services are increasingly being utilised for public spaces, airports, ports, road and rail and critical infrastructure projects. These are all environments where SilverNet wireless networking solutions can excel.”
