Partner Programme portal

by Mark Rowe

Tyco Security Products, part of Johnson Controls, has added a new partner portal for its Connected Partner Program. The firm’s aim is to simplify the third-party integration with various Tyco brands. With an online application, you can access the latest integration resources and support.

The new portal enables third-party technology providers looking to integrate with Tyco Security Products brands to have a single online access point. It also allows them to find documentation, download SDK/Web Service and APIs and brand software, besides access online training resources and FAQ documents.

By self-certification, partners can manage the integration through its various stages at their own pace, from application, pre-development, development and testing to launch. Qualified technology partners have private access to Tyco Security Products’ laboratories plus receive support from Tyco Security Products’ engineering staff.

Conleth Donaghy, Senior Product Manager, Connected Partner Program, Tyco Security Products said: “Offering such a breadth of unique integrations provides our customers with robust and reliable platforms that can work with the customer’s current systems or others of their choosing. The new streamlined portal enables a faster and more comprehensive development process for our technology partners. By using the online tools and support resources dedicated to the program, our customers have more insight into these integrations and more choice at their fingertips.”

David Daxenbichler, President and Chief Executive Officer of Network Harbor, Inc., based in Bartonville, Illinois, said: “The new Connected Partner Program portal eliminates the need for partners like us to visit multiple sites for information on integrations or to download the latest development tools. Thanks to this approach, we will save time enabling us to rapidly roll out integrated solutions to our customers.”

The Connected Partner Program includes nearly 200 partners with over 400 integrations across several Tyco brands, including Software House, Kantech (pictured) and American Dynamics. Participation begins with an online application on the Connected Partner Program website.
