by Mark Rowe

ISM, the security management software company, signed an OEM agreement with the Indian defence and homeland security company OIS Advanced Technology Pvt Ltd (OIS-AT).

OIS-AT will be reselling and incorporating Genesys2 within its suite of products, using its own brand name in India.

Speaking from ISM’s UK head offices before heading to India, Stephen Smith, pictured, Sales and Marketing Director said: “This mutually beneficial and powerful partnership gives us a real opportunity to penetrate the Indian electronic security market and to establish Genesys2 as a market leader which it already is in several countries. The market in India is an exciting one not least because it has already embraced the concept of integrated security solutions – created by integrating multiple security sub-systems, including network video, access control, intruder alarms, video analytics and fire. ISM has been designing and manufacturing fully integrated solutions for decades. Our knowledge and expertise in this area is fuelled by our huge investment in R&D; material facts that resonated with OIS-AT. Because they’re a market leader in India there’s limitless scope for progress and for dominating the market; two respected brands collaborating in order to achieve something quite spectacular. It’s an awesome proposition!”
