Nuix, a UK-based provider of information management technologies, launched two new products: a Nuix Investigator bundle and Nuix Investigator Lab.
Both incorporate Nuix’s data collection, processing and investigation capabilities and are available for law enforcement and government investigative agencies in North America, the United Kingdom and the EMEA region.
The Nuix Investigator bundle is described as an entry-level product designed to provide a set of evidence collection, processing and analytics capabilities for a single investigator or small team.
Nuix Investigator Lab is for agencies looking to set up a dedicated facility that can ingest and process terabytes of evidence per day and make it available for analysis. It enables up to five investigators or subject matter experts simultaneously to collaborate on an investigation with secure remote access. It includes portable and network collection functionality, a separate Nuix Investigator license for a laptop or desktop PC and two days of training.

Our portable collection capability means an investigator can go onsite to collect evidence, analyse the data in the field or bring it back to the office and seamlessly merge it into a larger case.”
Investigative agencies and police forces using Nuix include Beijing Police, the European Union Directorate General for Competition, the German Federal Police, the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, Shanghai Police, the Swiss Federal Police, the United Kingdom Serious Fraud Office and Financial Services Authority and the United States Departments of Justice, Homeland Security and Health and Human Services (HHS). HHS publicly recognised Nuix as the only technology that could process for investigation at least two terabytes of digital evidence per day.
