Oprema, a UK multi-brand distributor of security equipment, is exhibiting for the first time at IFSEC International. The 2016 show runs from June 21 to 23, at Excel in London. Exhibiting at IFSEC represents a new approach for Oprema, the company says, marking its growth from an independent, local distributor to a full turnkey national security solutions provider.
Working with partners Dahua, Milestone, Paxton and Videx, Oprema will showcase security products and systems, and promote its support services.
Over recent months, Oprema adds, it has made a significant investment in upgrading its internal processes, with the aim of providing greater support for installers Logging every engineer support phone call, and proactively providing the training to minimise future difficulties, has resulted in no fault found for returned parts being reduced by half, the firm says. Time saving processes are also reporting results, with the average quote response time having been reduced from 35 to 15 minutes, and providing a one hour window of product delivery to site allowing for better forward planning.
