Integrated Systems

Door entry additions

by Mark Rowe

Intergrated Security Manufacturing (ISM), developers of security management and access control technologies, are to launch the latest versions of the ‘Compact’ and ‘Ultimate’ door entry systems at CIH, Manchester on stand B26 – the Chartered Institute of Housing annual conference and exhibition, from June 23 to 25. The products are, the makers say, designed with the local authority and housing association markets in mind.

Compact is described by its makers as a robust, vandal resistant telephone entry system for low-rise residential buildings owned or managed by authorities. Already in a range of applications across the UK, Compact uses a simple single exchange to serve up to 15 dwellings. The system has a powerful CPU, offering the most advanced digital technology with analogue audio.

Complementing Compact is ISM’s Ultimate product, pictured, a fully addressable digital telephone entry for larger blocks and for where concierge control is required. Similarly robust in design, Ultimate is also easy to install, and has a range of features and build options, the makers add.

The Ultimate system can be connected to the Genesys Concierge front end enabling control of local and remote locks or dispersed concierge with connection to third party concierge blocks. Genesys is described by ISM as an integrated management platform capable of connecting to CCTV, audio, alarm and monitoring systems to provide one holistic operating platform allowing fewer operators to do more.

Stephen Smith, Managing Director of ISM, says: “If you’re looking for a simple single exchange serving one building or multiple exchanges serving a network of buildings, controlled by a patented software management system, then let our systems talk to you.”
