Canon, DIGIEVER partner

Canon Europe announced a new partnership with DIGIEVER, a provider of IP video products, and network video recorders (NVR). Canon says that the collaboration will enable it to bring its range of network security cameras to new customers.

Canon’s full range of network cameras will be supported by DIGIEVER’s entire NVR offering, including DS-8200-RM Pro, DS-4200-RM Pro, DS-4200 Pro, DS-2100 Pro, DS-1100 Pro and DS-4000 and DS-2000 series. The new compatibility with DIGIEVER’s NVRs is especially the firms say for indoor uses such as in retail and education.

DIGIEVER’s NVR range will support Canon’s Full HD S-series of network cameras and its moving object detection. DIGIEVER is also compatible with Canon’s VB-H series and offers inbuilt intelligent analytic functions, including moving object detection, abandoned object detection, removed object detection, camera tampering and passing detection.
