CIE-Group, the audio visual equipment manufacturer for the PA sector, has a new distribution partnership with the telecoms product company 2N. This means 2N becomes the latest addition to the CIE-Group product portfolio, providing a range of IP-addressable audio, intercom and door entry systems for the telecoms and security sectors.
The new 2N audio-over-IP range consists of their NetSpeaker and SIP Speaker products which allow for distributed PA, music, audio marketing and messaging via a standard LAN, WAN or internet network. This allows for multi-zone or multi-site installed sound systems using standard Cat-X cable.
The 2N Door Access and Intercom range is also IP-addressable allowing for control, audio/video intercom and footfall measurement and recording. Using a standard LAN or WAN network or via internet connection, multi-point and multi-site systems can be integrated with the 2N audio-over-IP product range and with standard IP telephone systems.
