Vision Security Group (VSG), part of the contract company Compass Group UK and Ireland, has achieved certification as a ‘Top Employer UK 2015’. This is the fourth year that VSG has been so recognised by the Top Employers Institute.
That institute (formerly known as the CRF Institute) that reviews excellence in the workplace. This body analyses employers based on a number of criteria including workforce planning, culture, leadership development and learning and development.
