Land Securities renewal

Ultimate Security Services reports that it’s renewed its contract with Land Securities for another three years, in a deal worth up to £37m.

The contract, which started on 1st April 2017, has a two-year extension option and covers 25 locations across central London, including Monico Buildings (which includes the Piccadilly Lights, pictured), Cardinal Place, New Ludgate, New Street Square, Dashwood House and the Zig Zag Building.

Ultimate, the London-based private security company has worked with Land Securities for the last ten years. The contractor says that it will provide general security services along with loading bay, post room and reception security.

Ian Burr, head of property management for Land Securities, said: “Landsec are excited to be extending their partnership with Ultimate Security following the comprehensive tender process and are confident that this partnership will provide a secure environment for our customers.”

And Steve Hall, CEO, Ultimate Security Services, said: “This contract renewal is testament to the high levels of client service we pride ourselves on as a business.
