As of July 1, 2014 Kingdom Security Ltd has acquired Command Security Solutions Ltd, a Peterborough and Cambridge security firm.
The Command services include:
•Uniformed Security Personnel
•Mobile Patrols
•Key Holding and Alarm Mobile Response
•Lockup and Unlock Services
Terry Barton, Managing Director of St Helens-based Kingdom said: “This acquisition continues the strategic expansion and vision of Kingdom. Kingdom meanwhile officially opened its new regional support centre for Scotland on Friday, June 27, welcoming a number of clients to the event.
The company’s new regional support centre is on King Street in Rutherglen, Glasgow. Described as a bespoke security facility, it will provide a base for Kingdom personnel in central Scotland. Kingdom’s already has offices in Inverness and Aberdeen.
