by Mark Rowe

The contract company Kingdom reports that, as of April 2018, it’s acquired the manned guarding, mobile, key holding and response contracts of Keyline Chartered Security.

Wiltshire-based Keyline, an SIA approved contractor, were awarded their first security contract in 1977 and for over 35 years Keyline has been providing security personnel to customers throughout the UK. The Keyline acquisition continues the strategic expansion plans of Kingdom, the Newton-le-Willows-based firm, an ACS Pacesetters company, says.

Terry Barton, Chief Executive of Kingdom, pictured, said: “Strategic acquisitions have always formed part of our growth strategy and Keyline was an opportunity to further strengthen our UK security foothold as well as strengthening our sectors such as the NHS and distribution. We look forward to meeting and working in partnership with all our new customers.”
