ACS score hailed

by msecadm4921

The Leeds-based door and manned guarding company Professional Security reports a score of 157 in its recent Approved Contractor Scheme (ACS) assessment.

Brett McMann, Operations Director at the contract security company, says: “The score firmly places us within the top one per cent of companies participating in the scheme. Voluntarily participating in the scheme is something we embraced from its’ inception. The Approved Contractor Scheme audits in detail a company’s policies and practices. Great value is placed on industry partnerships and ability to monitor service standard levels with a view to improvement.

“It’s reflective of the year we have experienced, our most successful to date. We have seen growth in all sectors, particularly door supervision and event security. Improving on last year’s impressive 131 scoring was one of our key goals this year, alongside expanding geographically while up-skilling our teams. All of which we are on track to achieve. Working closely with Jomu enables us to stay up to date with changes in regulation and requirements within the industry.”

Chief Executive of the company, David Fullerton added: “Over the years participating in the Approved Contractor Scheme has definitely improved us as a business. We consider ourselves a complete security solution for our clients across the United Kingdom and would welcome any new business enquiries.”
