Hochiki Europe at Light + Building

by Mark Rowe

Hochiki Europe – the life safety product manufacturer – is exhibiting intelligent emergency lighting products on Stand A85 in Hall 9.1 at the Light + Building event in Frankfurt from March 18 to 23.

Hochiki Europe’s FIREscape emergency lighting system, pictured, features LED technology based around an addressable control panel. The fully monitored system has been adopted hospitals, universities and airports due to the substantial cost savings it achieves for end-users during its lifespan.

Visitors to Hochiki Europe’s stand will also see an example of FIREscape lite – the self-contained emergency lighting kit designed to ensure building owners remain compliant with EU legislation. Hochiki Europe will be displaying FIREscape+, the combined fire detection and emergency lighting that features ‘way finding’.

At the show, members of the Hochiki Europe team will also be on stand to offer expertise and guidance on selecting the right systems, and assist with project requirements. As a renowned trade fair for lighting and building services technology, Light + Building will host over 2600 exhibitors.

Ian Watts, Emergency Lighting Manager at Hochiki Europe said: “Effective emergency lighting solutions are imperative to the design of any building. As legislation changes and technology advances, we need to make sure duty holders across Europe are equipped with the knowledge they need protect their occupants and remain efficient. By showcasing our extensive range of intelligent and low-carbon emergency lighting solutions at Light + Building 2018, we can demonstrate exactly how these smart systems address key safety and energy saving challenges faced by our customers.”
