Osborne, Morris & Morgan (OMM) Solicitors, sought fire protection for its head office that includes a fire risk assessment, regular servicing of all equipment including the alarm panel, fire alarm testing, training for employees, emergency lighting, and fire extinguishers. Chubb Fire & Security Limited is providing equipment installation, service and training. At two other offices, Chubb will undertake a fire risk assessment, and maintain and service the fire extinguishers and the emergency lighting, replacing equipment as necessary.
Sarah Winters, administration and accounts assistant, OMM Solicitors, said: “The decision was made to change suppliers due to the servicing and maintenance of the equipment becoming too frequent and expensive. We also needed to include a training element into our fire safety, and Chubb’s package proved to be a cost-efficient way to give us everything that we needed. The Chubb engineers are friendly and informative, taking the time to explain what they are doing and working quickly and effectively so that there is little or no impact on our employees.”
