UK Business Development

Oncam, the provider of 360-degree video capture and business intelligence products, reports Chris Brown has joined as Business Development Manager – United Kingdom. The industry veteran, pictured, will cover the retail, hospitality, stadium and events, education, transportation and city surveillance markets.

He joins from distributor ADI, where amongst other roles he served as the EMEA Product Marketing Leader for Video and IP who managed the company’s product portfolio and strategic marketing. Earlier, he served as Strategic Business Development Manager for Sony, and in a similar role with Axis Communications.

He said: “There’s a significant opportunity that Oncam brings to the table with incorporating and spearheading new uses for 360-degree camera technology, and I’m excited to be a part of the development of these efforts.”

And Scott Brothers, Executive Vice President of Corporate Development, Oncam, said: “Chris brings a wealth of industry knowledge that will enable Oncam to strengthen its strategic vision. We’re excited to welcome someone with his caliber of experience in product marketing and business development to our tight-knit team of individuals who all work toward a common goal of expanding upon our business objectives.”
