Trade catalogue

by Mark Rowe

COP Security, the Oldham-based trade-only CCTV distributor, reports that it has seen unprecedented growth in the past 12 months.

Gareth Rhodes, sales and marketing executive at COP Security, said: “Despite static growth in the UK security market, we have continued to expand in both UK and European markets. Our formula is simple. We deliver the products and services our customers require, without any fuss. Competitive pricing and product reliability are central to our business and we back all our products with exceptional service and support.

“Our catalogue launch consolidates our year of growth, presenting all our products and services in a single, comprehensive document. Over 180 new products have been added, taking the full range to well over 600 in total. We have included all the tools, trunking, test equipment and ancillaries necessary to complete a job. The catalogue is more than just a price list; it is a critical reference guide for CCTV installers, covering our one-stop security solution.”

As well as listing the distributor’s product range, the catalogue also gives an insight into the company. The firm points to investment in staff and processes; the £2m of stock necessary to ensure 99.9 per cent availability; and the testing carried out on products before shipment, all covered in the catalogue.

Among the new products added is a complete HD-SDI range, of Full HD cameras and DVRs; an analogue DVR and camera range; and WEC’s CCTV towers, poles and brackets. The recently launched NetVue, ‘all-in-one’ Wi-Fi camera with Smartphone or Tablet viewing and the BlackSys HD ‘in-car’ camera are also included.
