Midwich at IFSEC

by msecadm4921

Midwich security, a division of Midwich, a UK trade-only audiovisual, print, and digital imaging distributor, says that it expects to make a huge impact at IFSEC this year. In its first outing at IFSEC, Midwich security, formerly known as Ubiqz, intends to wow visitors with its control room products.

Incorporating a large videowall, the solution will demonstrate how Midwich Security can provide all the required components to create a complete control room solution including displays, videowall processors, video management software, intelligent building and audio equipment. There’ll be advice on the mounts, cabling and control equipment required for any given project.

Displaying Maxxess building management solutions and Exacq recording software the videowall will incorporate Samsung UE46A LFD monitors powered by the TV One CORIOview C2-6104A video wall processor. Showing video from a range of cameras from our vendor partners, including Panasonic, pictured, Bosch, Samsung and JVC, this control room solution shows a snapshot of the firm’s product portfolio.

Midwich security will also be exhibiting items from its exciting pro audio range. With a portfolio comprising equipment from a range of manufacturers including TOA, Bosch, AKG, Shure, JBL, Cloud, Sennheiser and KEF Midwich security says it will demonstrate that its expertise, backed up by its larger parent, goes far beyond the provision of basic security technologies.

Also on display will be a range of peripheral devices offering higher margins to savvy resellers and integrators. Equipment such as barcode printers from Zebra Technologies allow easy printing of wristbands and ID cards, and handheld label printers from Brother enable correct wiring identification for ease of installation.
