Business Development Manager

by Mark Rowe

Gareth Rhodes has joined the distributor CCTVdirect as the new Business Development Manager for the UK. Gareth, pictured, had previously spent ten years as Sales and Marketing Manager at COP Security in which he helped to launch brands such as Dahua into the UK market. After moving to start a new challenge within the integrator market he has been swayed back into the distribution sector.

Gareth said: “I am delighted to have started my role with CCTVdirect, I was really sold by the idea of what Mark (Raine, MD) was trying to achieve. Uniview (UNV) is the next big Chinese manufacturer to enter the UK market and I believe my experience will greatly benefit the company. The additions of key personnel like Chris (Shaw, ex-Norbain) will only enhance the company’s existing reputation in the industry.”

CCTVdirect will be debuting the new Uniview products for the first time at IFSEC 2016 in June where Gareth and Chris will be on the stand throughout the show.
