Local install

by Mark Rowe

The Five Points Brewing Co in Hackney went local for their alarm system installer.

Emmanuel Ross, Operations Manager for the independent micro-brewery says: “As well as the assurances necessary for our insurance company, being a small, but growing business we needed an alarm system that we could be confident would be reliable in protecting our facility and stock, and flexible to allow for cost-efficient upgrades when the times comes to expand further.”

The upgraded alarm includes a intruder panel that can be programmed to call several key-holders; the coverage of the PIR sensors has also been increased so that all areas of the site are protected. In line with the client’s requirement for a future-proof alarm, the new system is fully upgradable.

Delta’s head office is a short walk from The Five Points Brewing Co and its locality was important to Emmanuel: “Being part of a community is a big part of our company ethos and as well being socially responsible, it is also convenient in the event we have any questions. We were very impressed by the installation. The Delta engineer was personable, informative and very thorough. This gave us confidence in the job that he was doing and that a good quality system had been chosen to meet our requirements.”

And Dave Holland, Installations Manager at Delta Security says: “Independent breweries are very popular, with more and more people caring about the providence of what they eat and drink. It’s fitting that we have been able to continue the theme and provide first-class, good value security services so local to the brewery.”
