The access control product manufacturer TDSi announces that it will be showcasing the latest version of its security management software, EXgarde 4.4, its new range of readers and offering sales and technical advice to visitors at IFSEC Southeast Asia 2015 in Kuala Lumpur from September 2 to 4.

The show is a draw to the security community in Southeast Asia and an important one in TDSi’s calendar, according to TDSi’s Managing Director John Davies, pictured. He says: “IFSEC Southeast Asia is a key show in one of our biggest export regions, so we are very excited to be returning to Kuala Lumpur. China is already a huge export market for us in the region but equally we are expanding in other flourishing territories such as Malaysia and its neighbours, so this is a great opportunity to engage with our local customers and partners. This year we will be proudly demonstrating EXgarde 4.4, which is the latest version of our fully integrated access control solution and new range of versatile readers which have been developed with feedback from our customers and partners.”

The main additions to EXgarde 4.4 include a Tenant Event Split option, Elevator Dispatch facility, integration with SimonsVoss SmartIntego wireless locking solutions, an updated EXtour Module and new EXgarde Web Interface.

The new features are designed for various uses, from giving landlords greater control over access rights, to ensuring elevator systems work in conjunction with access control to maximum efficiency and save users time in high traffic buildings. Equally, TDSi has included integration with SimonsVoss SmartIntego wireless locking for a wider range of options and scope of installation. The updated EXtour module assists security teams with their scheduled tours and the newly developed web interface provides flexibility as to where and how security operators use and manage EXgarde.

TDSi will also be showcasing its new readers range, to be released shortly. With MIFARE and Proximity versions available, in square and mullion configurations, the readers are designed to be ergonomic and to fit into their surroundings. John Davies added: “IFSEC Southeast Asia is the perfect opportunity for visitors to meet members of the TDSi team face to face and to discuss security needs or technical queries with our Senior Export Technical Support Engineer, Kevan Fry. We will also be talking about the considerable benefits of joining out partner programme and the opportunities to build business in one of the most dynamic security markets in the world.”
