Michael Lee joined the security industry in 2005 with Siemens Building Technologies looking after contracts in Central London, including Selfridges, Harrods, Ministry of Justice and Enfield Council. Michael has become Technical Support Engineer based at TDSi’s Poole head offices.

Michael said: “TDSi is a very well respected integrated security solutions manufacturer and I am excited to be joining the team, to be working on a wide variety of projects, supporting our partners and clients with their security solutions.”

Before joining TDSi, Jason Wakefield was a National Technical Manager for Niscayah, the security installer in the UK banking sector, seeing to a high street bank’s technical support and design. Jason will be supporting TDSi’s Midlands and Northern sales teams and customers. Jason said: “I have joined the TDSi team to provide additional rapid technical support to our clients that are located further away from the headquarters in Poole, Dorset. I am looking forward to working with our partners in the region, to further build upon TDSi’s reputation as a manufacturer of excellent integrated security systems.”

John Davies, Managing Director of TDSi added: “The appointments of Michael and Jason support our commitment to not only offering the best integrated security products available on the market, but also exceptional customer service by providing all the specialist security expertise now needed by an ever sophisticated client base. Integration of security products offers very clear benefits to clients, but also means that installers and manufacturers need to fully understand the synergy process and client’s security issues to deliver seamless solutions. Michael and Jason are a key part in our expansion to meet the ongoing market demand for intelligent integrated security solutions and both will bring a wealth of commercial security experience and expertise, which we know will add real value and benefits to our partners and customers.”
