Integrated Security Consultants Ltd (ISC) has a new Senior Operations Manager: Robert Webster. ISC reports that the majority of ISC’s operations will now be overseen by Robert who joined in June. He brings with him years’ of operational experience of working within the corporate manned guarding sector.

The company says that he will also be taking an active role in ISC’s NSI Gold award accreditation.

Robert says: I’m very excited about the challenges that lie ahead. ISC are leaders in their market and contracted to secure some of the most iconic buildings in the UK. Their standing in the industry is second to none.”

Robert began his career in operational security in 2001 with Reliance Security. In 2003 moved to First Security to run its control room and communications centre.

After the later purchase of First Security by FTSE250 FM company, Interserve plc, Robert was promoted further to Head of Management Development and Corporate Assurance for the three security businesses within the group before finally making his move to ISC.

Robert said: “I was hugely impressed by the dedication and enthusiasm of the ISC management team throughout the interview process. They place great emphasis in providing a quality service to the client and in looking after their personnel - and I intend to continue this ethos in my new role.”
