Imbert Award 2017

At the annual midsummer luncheon of the Association of Security Consultants (ASC), at a new London location, St Katharine’s Dock near Tower Bridge, as ever ASC awards were presented. Pictured left is the Tavcom Training CCTV over IP and access control tutor, Warren Collins, being awarded the annual Imbert Prize, by ASC patron and former Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI) chief constable Sir Hugh Orde.

This award dating from 2005 is named after the former Met Police Commissioner Lord Imbert, also a patron of the ASC. It goes to the ASC member that has made the most significant contribution to independent security consultancy for advancing risk and security management in the UK.

The next ASC event is its regular ‘Business Group’, meeting on Thursday, September 28 at Queens Room, Armoury House, City Road in London EC1Y. For general enquiries, email [email protected].
