IFSEC speakers

by Mark Rowe

Sir Chris Hoy MBE, Baroness Karren Brady and Sir Ranulph Fiennes are presenters for the Protection & Management Series 2015 Inspirational Speaker Series. Sir Chris Hoy will take to the stage on the third and final day of the show, Thursday, June 18 at ExCeL London from 11.30am.

The Olympian won a total of six gold medals and one silver medal across three Olympic Games; winning his fifth and sixth gold medals at London 2012. Sir Chris Hoy will talk of the ‘marginal gains’ strategy which he credits with much of his success. Based on the theory that marginally optimising every possible area for improvement will result in profound progress, it’s a strategy that can be translated to any business or field, say IFSEC organisers.

Simon Mills, Group Director for the Protection & Management Series said: “It is with great pleasure that I can confirm our final high-profile speaker participating in our inspirational series in its first year. As Britain’s Greatest Olympian I can think of no one more motivating than Sir Chris Hoy and we look forward to welcoming him on the final day of the series. The Inspirational Speaker Series offers an exciting new element to the shows within Protection & Management alongside our comprehensive educational programme that covers all the latest topics, trends and innovations within the security, safety, fire, facilities and service management industries.”
