At the information security awareness consultancy The Security Company, Zoe Edmeades has been promoted to Head of Operations. Since joining the company in 2007, Zoe has established the organisation’s delivery team and headed the project management division. Zoe will take on the role of Managing Director while Sarah Janes takes maternity leave for her first child.

Zoe is a graduate of Cranfield Business School. She says: “As Head of Operations I will be responsible for the planning, direction and management of the Operational requirements necessary to grow the business achieving profitability targets and retention of customers. I’ll be required to embed sustainable processes to integrate new work into the business, oversee client lifecycle management and achieve efficiency and effectiveness of programme delivery, it’s a fabulous opportunity to make a substantial contribution to the company’s future. I am very mindful of my interim role in Sarah’s absence, having worked so closely with her over the last few years I know exactly what she expects and will ensure that our handover is seamless.”
