The speaker (from 6.40pm) invited is Senior Infantry Major Jeremy Crossley, MC, 1st Battalion The Rifles.

Jeremy Crossley is an experienced speaker both in the UK and US on domestic and military security affairs; he has a first hand experience of working on operations with PMCs [private military companies] and the changing nature of private business in political and military outcomes. Pertinently his current role involves all aspects of MOD procurement and performance managing prime contractors. A highly respected and well known figure increasingly in private business here and in the US his particular interest and expertise is in the convergence of corporate and public service life and performance management. A dynamic and provocative speaker with a back story more exciting than a Jack Higgins novel and a shameless name dropper and networker Jeremy is looking forward to meeting the best of Scotland’s security community – Chatham House rule applies.
