Here at Stevenage Borough Council, our CCTV scheme is a cornerstone of the partnership of agencies working together to tackle crime and disorder. We are looking for an accomplished individual to manage, develop and expand our existing multi-client service.

Responsible to the Group Leader, CCTV and Parking Services, you will oversee the operations and manage budgetary control of a facility. You will provide advice and guidance to, and supervise, staff within that facility.

To be successful, you will need demonstrable experience in an operational management role and the ability to demonstrate commercial and marketing awareness, along with an HNC/Level 5 (or equivalent) in Business Management.

The skills to motivate and achieve are essential, as is an awareness of current technologies and legislation relating to CCTV schemes. With your personal integrity, ability to work under pressure and to manage change, you will contribute to developing strategies and market the service to new customers.
