Pinkerton, a risk management services company with offices in central London and Uxbridge, reports the acquisition of Poland-based IBBC Group.

IBBC Group is a risk management services provider mainly covering Poland, Germany, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Belarus, Ukraine and Russia. Pinkerton says this buy extends its range of services throughout the Continent.

Pinkerton says that the new Polish connection complements its UK operations, where it provides a complete range of services to all areas of mainland Europe and northern Eurasia, focusing on specialist areas of mitigating risk ranging from Intellectual Property Protection and Computer Forensics to Crisis Management and Physical Surveillance, amongst others.

Pinkerton President Jack Zahran, pictured, said: “The risk landscape continues to rapidly change and evolve. We recognised a need to expand our footprint in a way that enhances our ability to view risk holistically from a global standpoint. Acquiring IBBC Group furthers Pinkerton’s ability to provide local services and solutions while leveraging resources from all over the world.”

With lawyers, investigators, analysts and IT engineers and others, IBBC Group offers clients consulting services and security in all sectors, including background screenings, due diligence, business intelligence, crisis management, computer forensics and risk analysis.

Bartosz Pastuszka, director of IBBC Group, said: “We’re eager to partner with Pinkerton and align our resources in order to help clients more thoroughly protect their assets, their people and their brands.”
