CSL acquires WebWayOne

by Mark Rowe

CSL, the provider of alarm signalling and connectivity for M2M (Machine to Machine) and IoT (Internet of Things) devices, has made another acquisition. This time it’s of WebWayOne Ltd, a provider of platform and software services. CSL says the buy will enhance CSL’s offering with new software and underpins CSL’s international growth ambitions. The buyer adds that the transaction will enable the two businesses to develop new solutions that they otherwise would not be able to do.

Ed Heale CSL’s CEO, said: “Our aim is to always provide the best possible solution to our customers. WebWayOne have software capabilities that we do not have and we look forward to being able to offer these to our customers.

And Chris Carter Brennan, Managing Director of WebWayOne Ltd, said: This is a great alliance and better for our customers. We are delighted to be able to offer our Conxtd platform to the broader customer base that CSL have access to.”
