Chadik says: “I have developed a great body of experience, working on high profile projects, particularly advising on and designing mitigation measures for physical and counter-terrorism protection. I am looking forward to bringing my knowledge to Cundall and providing added value to their existing client offering.”

He has experience engaging and managing clients, engineers and architects on major multidisciplinary projects including high profile events, hotels, public realm, mixed-use developments, office accommodation, secure facilities and Critical National Infrastructure (CNI). He adds: “I have always enjoyed working with people and developing productive working relations with a range of clients and stakeholders. This combination of people and engineering innovation is the best of both worlds for me, and is a key part of my new role at Cundall. ”

Darren Wood, Cundall’s security specialism lead: “We have been keen to grow the security specialism and adding such specialist skills as Chadik possesses enables us to deliver a holistic security consultancy offer in house. This provides our clients with the broadest possible range of specialist security expertise, helping to support their business and projects, with the ultimate goal being to ensure that their people, property and assets are protected from the constantly evolving crime and terrorism threats.”
