Security Plus + Ltd have an exciting and rare opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join our Manned Guarding Sales Division to develop major accounts within a range of market sectors and defined geographical areas.
The role will include identifying new opportunities, cold calling, presenting quotations, winning new business and liaising with our operational teams to ensure service requirements are delivered.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and presentation skills, experience of negotiating at Boardroom level whilst maintaining a dynamic and competitive edge for success.
The successful applicant will be supported by a vibrant sales administration team and will be joining a successful brand with a strong sales mentality.
The package will include a basic salary of 40k plus a lucrative commission and bonus scheme, a fully sourced company car, mobile telephone, private healthcare, company pension, death in service insurance and 20 days’ holiday.
