VMS for gaming

by Mark Rowe

Qognify, formerly NICE Security, announced that its video management system (VMS) has been chosen by a major casino in Asia, to deliver around the clock monitoring. The casino owners want the VMS to deter and prevent disruptive and unlawful behaviour, enable the security team to manage incidents, with minimal disruption to the gaming floor, and make its ten million annual visitors feel safe.

Qognify reports that it has an install base of casinos worldwide, including many of the largest and busiest gaming establishments. Through the Qognify VMS, operators will be able to adjust cameras remotely, enabling them to change views to focus on specific areas and events.

Moti Shabtai, President of Qognify, says: “Gaming establishments are very challenging environments for security to operate. Through our 20 years’ experience working with casinos, we have developed an exceptional enterprise solution the meets their demanding requirements on the gaming floor and in the back-office. Our VMS delivers cost-effective high-quality video monitoring of the entire casino operation. This facilitates quick and effective prevention of potential security issues, promotes the safety of guests, guarantees gaming continuity and protects the integrity of casino operations.” Visit: www.qognify.com/security-solution-for-gaming.
