About the Company

The Company became the 108th Livery Company of the City of London, granted its Royal Charter in February 2010, after it was registered as the Guild of Security Professionals in 1999. Membership is drawn from the security industry in its widest sense and includes security professionals from the industrial and retail sectors, serving and retired members of the police and armed forces, consultants, academics, corporate heads of security, investigators and electronic surveillance practitioners.
