Broadgate Estates has appointed Ultimate Security Services as its new partner for manned guarding services at two of its developments – More London and London Bridge City, in a £4m a year, three-year deal.
The contract, which has a two-year extension, will see Ultimate Security consolidate manned guarding operations at the two sites, which includes the Mayor of London building beside the River Thames, pictured. Both facilities are serviced by two contractors, so a key driver in the tender specification was to consolidate manned guarding operations and appoint a service partner with the capability to create and develop a one-team ethos, the guarding firm says.
