Making
a Difference
"Bill
Muskin, Managing Director of VSG Security and a member of The Company
of Security Professionals presents a cheque for £295.00 to
the local representative of SSAFA. The donation is from our
Charitable Trust and is for the benefit of Mr. Jack Mitchell who
is 79 years old and suffers from acute arthritis in addition to
other problems for which he is receiving chemotherapy. He
can only walk short distances with the aid of a stick. During
World War Two he served with the Royal Air Force as a Sergeant Gunner
on air/sea rescue duties. After the war he worked for many
years in the Security Industry. Previously an extremely active
man, it was recommended that the provision of an electric scooter
would significantly enhance his quality of life. The scooter
has now been purchased with the help of funding from the RAF Benevolent
Fund and a number of Civilian Charities including The Company of
Security Professionals Charitable Trust. We wish Jack all
the best for the future."
